REMOVABLE PE DEVICE IN POSITION OF CLOSING PE SLIDING PARTS OF FURNITURE ELEMENTS. SUCH AS DOORS. CABINETS, DRAWER CABINETS AND THE LIKE.
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a return device for sliding parts of furniture elements, such as doors, cabinets, cabinets and the like.
In particular, preferably, but not exclusively, the invention is applied in the recall of doors or sliding parts of cabinets. The subject of the present invention is, moreover, furnishing elements - in particular cabinets - comprising sliding parts and equipped with the return device according to the invention.
Furnishings, such as cabinets, often have sliding parts slidably fixed to a fixed frame. In the case of cabinets, the sliding parts are the sliding doors of the cabinet, while the fixed frame is constituted by the box which defines the space of capacity of the cabinet. The sliding parts can move slidably relative to the frame between a closed position, in which they prevent the user from having access to a space (in the case of the cabinet, the interior of the cabinet it itself), and an opening position in which they allow the user to have access to the space in question.
The furniture items in question are usually provided with automatic return devices in the closed position of the sliding part.
These devices are intended to automatically close the game |! sliding, or to automatically complete the closing phase, once the sliding portion itself has been left by the user in the at least partial opening position. In particular, the return devices in the closed position comprise a mechanical energy accumulator that can be connected to the sliding part and, at the same time, also to the fixed frame, which progressively accumulates mechanical energy during the phase of opening of the sliding part. When the sliding part is no longer retained by the user in the position reached in the opening phase, the accumulator, if it has not been preemptively removed, releases the mechanical energy thus accumulated, by exerting on the sliding part a restoring force which returns the sliding part automatically in the closed position. In the case of cabinets, the accumulator is generally made with elastic return means which are stably connected on one side to the sliding part and, on the other side, to the fixed frame and are always active on the sliding part. The return device usually also includes a braking element which acts on at least a portion of the return stroke of the sliding portion to its closed position to prevent the closure itself from occurring too violently.
Especially in the case of cabinets (but, in some cases, also doors), there is the problem of inserting the reminder device without it being seen and / or without it taking up space at the room to which access is permitted. When the sliding part and, consequently, also the access which must be guaranteed to the chamber, are of large dimensions (as in the case of doors and cabinets), the movement of the sliding part between the closed position and the position of opening is important and the solution to the problem above becomes rather difficult, especially for the need, in the return devices, to have components (springs, braking elements, etc.) of dimensions comparable to the race of the sliding part and / or having movements of length comparable to the stroke of the sliding part. The object of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks mentioned above, by providing a return device for the sliding parts of the furniture elements such as doors, cabinets, cabinets and the like, which are compact structure and allows easy positioning in any furnishing element structure, in particular in or on the cabinets.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a closure device for sliding parts of furniture elements, such as doors, cabinets, cabinets and the like that can easily be used directly on existing cabinets without the need. heavy adaptations.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a return device for sliding parts of furniture elements, t1 such as doors, cabinets, cabinets and the like, which allows easy adaptation particularly on doors and cabinets with leaves of various sizes and weights.
These and other objects, which will become more apparent from the following description, will be achieved in accordance with the present invention by a biasing device for sliding furniture elements, such as doors. , cabinets, drawer cabinets and the like having structural and functional characteristics in accordance with the independent appended claims, further embodiments of said return device being characterized in the corresponding appended dependent claims.
The invention is illustrated in more detail below with the aid of the drawings, which represent an embodiment thereof as a purely nonlimiting example, in which: - Figure 1 illustrates, in perspective, an item of furniture , in particular a cabinet, with the sliding part in the closed position and provided with the return device according to the invention, illustrated with an open lid to show the inside; - Figure 2 illustrates the framed detail in Figure 1 enlarges; - Figure 3 illustrates in perspective the furnishing element of Figure 1 with the sliding portion in partial open position; Fig. 4 illustrates the framed detail in Fig. 3 enlarges; - Figure 5 shows a rear perspective view of the furnishing element of Figure 1, deprived of the rear closure panel, with the return device according to the invention closed by its cover; - Figure 6 shows a front view of the furnishing element of Figure 3; - Figure 7 illustrates a side view, partially interrupted, the furnishing element of the preceding figures; - Figure 8 illustrates in perspective an exploded view of a preferred embodiment of the return device according to the invention, without cover.

Referring to the figures, 1 generally indicates a return device for sliding parts of furniture elements such as doors, cabinets, cabinets and the like.
The return device 1 for sliding parts of furniture elements such as doors, cabinets, cabinets with drawers and the like, according to the invention is of the type intended to be fixed on a fixed frame 2 of an element of furnishing 3 and to be operatively connected to a sliding portion 4 of the furnishing element 3.
It comprises a muffle or hoist 5. The muffle or hoist 5, in turn, comprises: a first fixed return group 6; a second return group 7 movable relative to the first return group 6 along a development direction X of the device 1; a flexible, elongate actuating element 8 recirculating on the first and the second return group 6, 7 between its fixed first end 9 and its second end 10 intended to be fixed on the sliding part 4 of the furnishing element 3.
In the figures, the development direction X of the device 1 is shown parallel to the longitudinal development of the muffle 5 especially for reasons of illustrative clarity. FIGS. 13 to 15 make the trajectory of the movement of the second return group 7 clearer.
The second return group 7 is movable along the X direction of development of the device 1 between a position remote from the first return group 6 and a close position of the first return group p. The remote position is illustrated, in particular, in FIG. 2, in FIGS. 8 to 12 and in FIGS. 13, 16 and 17. The close position is illustrated in particular in FIG. 15. FIGS. 4 and 14 illustrate the second position. return group 7 in an intermediate position between the two.
The second end 10 of the actuating element 8 is movable in synchronism with the second return group 7 between its own minimum extraction position of the muffle or hoist 5, corresponding to the remote position, in which the sliding part 3 is in the closed position, and its own maximum extraction position of the muffle or hoist 5, corresponding to the close position, in which the part 3 is in the open position. The minimum extraction position is illustrated, in particular, in FIG. 2, in FIGS. 8 to 12 and in FIGS. 13, 16 and 17. The maximum extraction position is illustrated in particular in FIG. 4 and 14 illustrate the second end 10 of the actuating element 8 in an intermediate extraction position between the two.
The device 1 further comprises: - a rack 11, operably coupled to the second return group 7 and movable in synchronism with the latter along a relatively straight-line trajectory between two corresponding end positions of the rack 11, respectively, at the positions close to and distant from the second referral group 7;
V
a mechanical energy accumulator 12 having a first end 13 connected to a fastening element 14 fixed with respect to the first deflection group 6 and a second end 15 operatively connected to the second deflection group 7 or to the rack 11, the second end 15 being, furthermore, movable in synchronism with the second return group 7 along a substantially straight path between two end positions of the corresponding second end 15, respectively, at the close and remote positions of the second return group 7 ; - A braking group 16, arranged along the path of the rack 11 and coupled to the latter with a rack and pinion coupling. The extreme positions of the movements of the rack 11 and the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 are illustrated, for example, respectively in FIGS. 13 and 15.
The trajectory of the movement of the second deflection group 7 along the X direction of development, the trajectory of the rack 11, the trajectory of the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 are side-by-side. In the passage of the second return group 7 from the remote • position to the close position and hence from the second end 10 of the actuating element 8 from the minimum extraction position to the maximum extraction position, the accumulator 12 accumulates mechanical energy as a function of the displacement of the second end 15. The accumulator 12 yields mechanical energy thus accumulated when, by returning the second end 15 in a reverse movement, the latter operates in synchronism with the reverse movement of the rack 11 and the second return group 7, by determining the return movement of the second end 10 of the maximum extraction position to the minimum extraction position, which movement is slowed down by the action of the group braking 16.
In the figures is illustrated a furnishing element of the type comprising a fixed frame 2 and at least one sliding portion 4. In the illustrated case it is a cabinet with two doors. The furnishing element 3 comprises at least one return device 1 according to the invention fixed on the fixed frame 2 and with the second end 10 of the actuating element 8 fixed on the sliding part 4. In FIGS. illustrated only a sliding door associated with a relative device 1 recall. It is obvious that, in the case where the furnishing element 3 (for example a cabinet) has more than one sliding part 4 (for example more than one sliding door), each sliding part 4 can be associated with a relative device 1 of recall.
As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 4, the second end 10 of the actuating element 8 is illustrated attached to a carriage 40 for sliding the sliding part 4. As is illustrated in particular in FIG. of the device 1 may be provided, near a slide rail 41 of the sliding part 4, a deflection element 42 of the portion of the actuating element 8 which protrudes outside the device 1.
When the sliding part 3 is brought from the closed position to the open position, the second end 10 of the actuating element 8 moves from the minimum extraction position to the maximum extraction position and, in the At the same time, the second return group 7 moves from the remote position to the close position. In synchronism with the latter, both the rack 11 and the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 pass from one end position to the other and the accumulator 12 accumulates mechanical energy up to a predetermined maximum. When the sliding door 4, then in the open position, is released by the user, the accumulator 12 releases the accumulated mechanical energy, recalling its own second end 15 in the reverse movement. This activates both the reverse movement of the rack 11 and the second return group 7. The movement of the second return unit 7 from the close position to the remote position activates the movement of the second end 10 of the element. actuation 8 of the maximum extraction position to the minimum extraction position, thus recalling the sliding portion 4 in the closed position. The movement of the sliding part 4 is slowed down by the action of the rack-and-pinion coupling between the braking unit 16 and the rack 11.
The side-by-side arrangement of the trajectories of the internal elements of the device 1 (second return group 7, rack 11 and second end 15 of the accumulator 12) provide an extremely compact device 1 return. Optionally, the trajectory of the second return group 7, the path of the rack 11 and the trajectory of the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 are coplanar. In this way one obtains a device 1 of height recall enough contained, which can easily be housed on the upper cover of the furnishing element 3. This is particularly advantageous in the case of cabinets since, as illustrated in the 1 to 7, the return device 1 can remain hidden behind the sliding part 3 when the latter is in a closed position.
The muffle or hoist 5 functions as a multiplier of the effort, allowing to reduce the maximum amount of mechanical energy that the accumulator 12 must store. In addition, the muffle or hoist 15 functions as a multiplier of the extraction length of the second end of the muffle or hoist 5, making it possible to reduce the linear dimensions of the return device 1 along the direction X of development with respect to the linear dimensions of the total stroke of the sliding part 4. All these multiplicative factors depend on the structure of the muffle or hoist 5.
In this regard, advantageously, the first return group 6 comprises a first plurality of referrals 29 arranged in succession along the development direction X of the device 1 and the second referral group 7 comprises a second plurality of referrals 30 arranged in succession. along the X direction of development of the device 1, on which return the actuating element 8 by alternately passing from the first to the second plurality of references 29, 30 from the more internal references to the more external.
As illustrated in the figures, the second plurality of referrals 30 are mounted on a support frame which makes them integral with each other and which is movable relative to the first referral group 6. The first plurality of referrals 29 may be it also mounted on a relative single fixed support frame relative to the housing 31. In the solution illustrated in the figures, the references of the first plurality of references 29 are inserted on relative supports formed in the housing 31 (in particular on the bottom of the latter).
Conveniently the first and second plurality of references 29, 30 include the same number of references each. Preferably, the first and second plurality of referrals 29, 30 comprise at least three referrals each.
Given the compactness of the device 1 of return, it can be contained in a housing 31 with a cover 32 preferably removable.
The movement of the rack 11 may be guided by a relative guide member 110, as illustrated in the figures. Advantageously, the braking group 16 comprises at least two pinions 27, 28 arranged in succession along the path of the rack 11 and may each exert a braking action on the rack 11 when they mesh with the latter. , the rack 11 being engaged on the two gears 27, 28 on a central part of its movement and only on one of the two gears 27 or 28 in the remaining parts of its movement. In this way the return pulse of the sliding part 4 from the return device 1 will initially be stronger, to be slowed down in particular in an intermediate part and, therefore, attenuated in the final part of the movement of the sliding portion 4 from the open position to the closed position. The dynamics of the automatic movement of the sliding part 4 can therefore be precisely controlled.
In a preferred form of the invention, the accumulator 12 comprises an elastic return means accumulating the energy when it is in tension. In particular, preferably, the elastic return means comprises a helical spring disposed with its axis along the line to which the trajectory of the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 belongs. The ends of the trajectory of the movement of the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 are one close together and the other remote from a first side 17 of the device 1. An output 18 of the actuating element 8 of the device 1 of return is positioned in close position to the first side 17. The hooking element 14 is positioned in a close position to the first side 17. A pull of the resilient biasing means corresponds to a force tending to move the second end of the first side 17 away from the first side 17. Preferably, the device 1 reminder comprises, on the attachment element 14, a precharging mechanism 19 of the resilient return means accessible to a user. The precharging mechanism 19 can be actuated by means of a screw by means of a tool 190, as illustrated in particular in the figures (for example a screwdriver). The positioning of the precharging mechanism 19 on the attachment element 14 which, in turn, is close to the first side 17 of the return device 1 and, therefore, close to the outlet 18, is particularly advantageous, since it is in correspondence of the end of the furnishing element being the first to be free of the movement of the sliding portion 4, making easier the precharge operation. The first end 13 of the accumulator 12 can be connected to the hooking element 14 via a flexible connection element 33 (possibly recirculating on a relative return element 34).
Preferably, as illustrated in particular in FIGS. 2, 4 and 8 to 16, the rack 11 is connected to the second deflection group 7 via a first portion 20 of flexible element for transmitting the circulating movement. on at least one first return 21 located at a position away from the first side 17. The second end 15 of the accumulator 12 is connected to the rack 11. At the movement of the second return group 7 from the remote position to the close position corresponds in this case a movement away from the rack 11 of the first side 17 and vice versa, the movement of the second return group 7 from the close position to the remote position corresponds to a movement of approaching the rack 11 to the first side 17. The second end 15 of the accumulator 12 can be directly attached to the rack 11, as shown in FIG. 16. Preferably, however ( as illustrated in FIGS. 2, 4 and 8 to 15), the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 is connected to the rack 11 via a second portion 22 of the flexible element for transmitting the movement . The second part 22 of flexible element for transmitting the movement circulates both on at least one second return 23, disposed in a position remote from the first side 17, than on at least one third return 24, disposed in a position close to the first side 17 In this case, the movement of the second return unit 7 from the remote position to the close position corresponds to a movement away from the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 of the first side 17 and, vice versa, to the movement of the second Referral unit 7 from the close position to the remote position corresponds to a movement of approaching the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 to the first side 17.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, illustrated in FIG. 17, the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 is connected to the second deflection group 7 via a third flexible transmission element part 25. of movement on at least one fourth return 26 located at a position away from the first side 17. In this case, the rack 11 is fixed to the second return group 7. To the movement of the second return group 7 from the remote position to the position close together is always a movement away from the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 of the first side 17 and vice versa, the movement of the second return group 7 e the close position to the remote position is always a movement of monrnrhement of the second end 15 of the accumulator 12 to the first side 17. Obviously, in this alternative embodiment, it is the movement of the rack 11 which is reversed with respect to that of the previously described embodiment (and therefore particularly relating to FIGS. 13 to 16).
The invention has important advantages.
The return device according to the invention can be made very compactly depending on the housing requirements on the item of furniture on which it is applied. Thanks to the presence of the muffle system or hoist, its linear dimensions can be adapted even for long strokes of sliding parts, while maintaining rather limited linear dimensions of the device. In addition, the dimensioning (and the relative location) of the mechanical energy accumulators (and relative return means) is made much simpler, being able to use on even heavy sliding parts mechanical energy accumulators (or means of recall) having an end of scale, or maximum range, lower.
The invention thus conceived is likely to undergo numerous modifications and variants, all re-entering the field of the inventive concept that characterizes it.
In addition all the details are replaced by other technically equivalent elements.
In practice, all the materials used, as well as the dimensions, may be any, depending on the requirements.
